It depends on what you order. Breakfast with a non-alcoholic drink is under $10.00. Lunch and dinner may be more, again depending on your taste.
Unfortunately they already closed for the season.
It's late March and I'm here. They are expanding their dining room. The food is great. It is authentic Mexican food, not Tex Mex or American-Mex. Get some queso (I think they call it Hot Cheese on the menu) to go with your chips.
Food was absolutely amazing, waiters were super super nice and got our food right away.
I visited all 3 of the Mexican restaurants here in the dells & this is by far the best! Real aunthentic Mexican food !! Excellent customer service!
I had the Three taco plate Mexican style and it was very good. Food was served in a timely manner and waitstaff was friendly.
Great service even during covid-19 amazing food we ordered the bistec nachos and chimichangas and they were both were very authentic texmex IMO
Place is small, and was super packed! We got the last table! Chips and salsa are not complimentary like most places and honestly worst watery salsa ever. Was pleasantly suprise that the actual meal was soo awesome! My fiance had loaded beef nachos he said was awesome, little one had fries n chicken strips which was good(I took a bite! Lol), and I had an amazing chicken fajita quesadilla. The quesadilla was so filling and wonderful! I now know why a bunch ppl were waiting in line for a table, the food is great!! Just skip the chips and salsa!
Excellent food, service and had a great time
I think that this is the best Mexican restaurant!!! Very good food and Amazing service 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Really expensive price for regular Mexican food you get down the street. I mean really 14.99 for a taco dinner???
Bad service. Bad food
If you are looking for some delicious Mexican food stop in at San Antonio Mexican Restaurant on Eddy Street. The price is right too!
Food was amazing no issues there ...atmosphere was decent nothing crazy ...the service was kind of slow !! Definitely will be back though the food was great
My wife and I went there a few weeks ago. The cheese dip is the best we had but the chips were hit or miss when it came to stale chips. We had meat plate I can’t remember the name of but it was pretty much along the same line as fajitas. It was very good. Service was quick, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Would eat there again/recommend to others.
All around not good. Our waitress was very slow and we had to ask repeatedly for sodas, napkins etc. Quesadillas weren't even warm (cheese not melted). Guacamole had a weird bacon fat taste to it. Taco salad was a decent size but the chicken was cold and completely overcooked and old tasting. They messed up our chicken burrito (made beef), which we took to go because we had already been there so long. Not one staff person came around and noticed that we hardly ate anything, nor offered to compensate us for the poor food quality or the burrito mistake.
We enjoy coming here, the service is absolutely excellent, they were kind to our son and made him feel special, the food was absolutely great! We will definitely be back
Staff was courteous and friendly, food was traditional...all considered it was OK at best
Unfortunately they should not call themselves authentic. This has to be some of the blandest mexican food ever.
Tacos Very good 👍
Quick service and great food.
The food's amazing, the customer service is excellent and the staff is very respectful. It was an overall delightful first experience at this restaurant; I highly recommend trying this place out!
It was good food, empty.
Rice was really bad, staek was like chewing plastic and gum. Service was fine but food got no taste.
Nothing special- could make at homeChips were cold, stale, and store-bought. They were pre-basketed and stored in a shelf warmer that was not on. The amount of pre-basketed chips is probably two weeks of supply just sitting in there. All components of dishes feel extremely store-bought. Nothing special and would rather buy the ingredients myself and make it. Would end up being cheaper for the same quality.
Disappointed! The service was slow. The food had no taste. Chips were stale. Very expensive. We rather go to taco bell next time.
Awesome place.. Renovation is on progress but the food and drinks are good..
The food is great. The service is okay.
Not busy at 7:30pm on Monday. Good food, chips included came with three salsa choices, Verde, spicy and very mild. Soda comes with only one refill, fine for our kids. The margarita was a good deal.Other reviews mentioned poor English of the servers, I see what they mean but really it wasn't hard to communicate.
Great Food, real Mexican food, great service.
I have to say im very disappointed in this place. When i arrived a waiter walked us to the patio and kindly gave us our menu. The restaurant was not busy we sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to us. A waiter walked past us 7 times and never approched us. My family and i waited 5 more minutes when we dicided to walk out. The kind waiter asked us surprised if we had been served i said no he looked surprised. 2 families that got there after us had been served before us. This is the worst customer service i had.
This restaurant has been the best Mexican restaurant I've been to by far. The service is very speedy and friendly and the food is overall great. I've tried many of their dishes and I can personally guarantee excellent service here. It is also a place that you can bring your family to eat. Overall, amazing place to dine!
Good food, friendly staff! Nice outside patio to sit on. 😊👍
Worst fajitas I've ever had, way undercooked. Every part of the meal was unimpressive. If you want good Mexican food go to Reedburg Cancun Mexican restaurant.
Expensive Expensive Expensive!!!! Drinks are 3.99 the cheapest. Food took forever to get to us & when it did some parts were cold. Place was cold In itself & service is okay only thing I would recommend would be the chicken strips if you like salt. Mexican but not authentic!
I like this restaurant very much. Hope they survive the times. Look forward to the return of the full menu. Sad to say I probably won't be back until then. I ordered dishes that were very much alternate choices on my last visit. I won't do that again. I'm sorry.I understand that they had to do it. The most popular things are still on the menu, I'm sure. But that's not why I go there. Please don't let these comments deter you from going to this fine restaurant. Just understand that in future Summers, you may be able to choose from even more delicious dishes once the full menu is restored.
The guaraches were very good and Micheladas too! The make a good Mexican food...
I'm from Chicago Chi - Town when i come to Wisconsin Dell's this where i eat great food.
My friends and l came into town to visit the theme park. We came here on 08/10/19 around 9.30pm with family and kids. The server misunderstood our order and brought the wrong meal. When it was time to pay she said that the meal was made and we would have to pay for it despite the fact that it wasn't eaten and still sat on the table. The server said that it would be taken out of her paycheck which l felt was wrong. We requested to see the manager to clarify the issue but the manager refused to come see us and claimed she was in a birthday and could not come. I think it was because we were black customers and thus the manager did not deem it important enough to come and meet us.we paid for the uneaten meal as we did not want the server to pay for it but left it on the table and left. This was the most unprofessional restaurant l had ever been to. We came from Chicago and will never visit this place again.
This was our first trip to San Antonio Mexican Restaurant and it will be our last. The food had no flavor whatsoever. The hottest hot sauce was in a ketchup container. Regular ketchup would have been hotter. An hour after eating, my girlfriend developed severe stomach pains. An hour later, she had diarrhea which lasted through the night. I would highly recommend not eating there. You would be much happierand healthier eating at Taco Bell or Taco John's.
Muy mal servicio la comida es recalentada... Very bad service that food taste old and is reheated...
Manager was very friendly, they tried there best to be allergy accommodating. Food was great but no to much to eat for someone with gluten intolerance.
Food is very good. Resort town prices; staff understands very very little english. I would come back
Great outdoor seating area, very authentic style mexican food. And great music people are dancing to in the street. We walked by the night before and went there the next night for dinner.
Very good authentic Mexican food. I would recommend and very reasonable prices.
Great place despite no Mexican crew runs the place.
The guy who served us messed up my order. I told him I didn’t want cheese on my enchiladas or beans and they ended up putting cheese on my food, my friend also asked if they could please bring her some salsa for her tacos and the guy brought salt instead. I also asked for a small margarita and they brought me a bigger one, the lady at cash register was also very rude! Overall we had a poor experience not to mention we got food poisoning the following day.
It was absolutely delicious, even the chips were really fresh tasting, well worth every penny, I would return again and even bring friends and family. I highly recommend it, it's not all like other Mexican Restaurants, more down home cooking.
First and last time was yesterday. Stood at wait to be seated sign for 12 minutes when we realized we weren't going to get seated unless we stopped someone in their tracks and asked. We got to our table and was sitting against a wall of plastic sheeting, apparently in the process of renovating. I decided to try the carne asada and husband got 2 tacos. The server was young and brought us our drinks by holding the rims! This is a time when we thought servers were supposed to be wearing masks and taught how to properly handle food as to protect their guests from covid! Not here,! The carne asada was tough and I was not given a steak knife to even cut it! The rice smelled strange, and the refried beans were looked pale and like they were blende!. Husband did not like his tacos very well either. Expensive, unprofessional, not safe, and to be honest Taco Bell would have been a better choice.
Great food! Really nice people. Highly recommend to stop by and enjoy authentic Mexican food.
When we visit Wisconsin Dells we have to go to San Antonio Mexican Restaurant, let's say it's a must for me and my family. The owner is very nice, she always remembers us, even that we just visit them once a year. She is so friendly and professional. Food is always good!
Hours are good for off season. I was seated right away and got drinks ordered. Food came out really fast and margaritas were really good. Hot chips and spicy salsa were also served with food. 🔥
